If you choose to take advantage of our regular housekeeping services, we'll send you the same pixie (or pixies) to your home every time.
We will never send an unfamilair face to your home, without first gaining your permission. In the event that your pixie isn't available to return to your home on your specified day, we will contact you to see if you would like a different pixie or to re-schedule for another day.
